In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

which was considered on 5 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the front windows and the skylight already installed, and to the installation in the rear of replacement windows in accordance with the submitted drawing date-stamped 1st October 2003.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
