### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site comprises the curtailage of a dwelling on Castle Mona Avenue. 2. Not within the Conservation Area. 3. The application proposes that the existing windows in the front (and side, I assume) should be replaced: - White PVC frames - Tilting upper lights - Central transoms 4. The existing windows are original, wooden-framed sliding sashes. Most of the windows in C. Mona Ave. are new PVC, but 10 and 12 have original attractive windows. The general environment is poor. However, outside of the C.A. and within an area where PVC windows have been approved, no change of circumstances since these approvals.
