1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the installation of replacement uPVC sliding sash at first floor level on the gable ends, as defined as F and G, and as shown on the location plan, photograph and window details date stamped 8th October 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
