An update Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited ☑ YES/NO The application is for the sitting of a back-up generator to the back/side of a property in Ramsey and retrospective permission for four air conditioning units. The air conditioning units are accepted as "commercial clutter". A previous application for the back-up generator (02/450) was refused due to its proposed positioning. The application was refused without prejudice to an application proposing sitting as per this application.
