In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr J Bourbon

Proposal: Siting of a back up generator and erection of four air conditioning
at: units on side elevation of

Ramsey
which was considered on 9 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The approval relates to the positioning of four air conditioning units and a back-up power generator as shown in drawing numbers 01 rev B and 03 rev C date stamped 14th October 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
