Application Ref No: 03/01578/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a flour silo as shown in drawing number 1179/03/01 date stamped 24th October 2003.
3. For reasons of visual amenity, within one month of its erection, the flour silo must be painted to match the colour of the roof of the adjacent Ramsey Bakery building.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
