1. This approval relates to the replacement of the existing windows with wooden replacements to match the existing glazing pattern and incorporating external glazing bars all as shown in the plans received on 30th October 2003.
2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
