## Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report **Site Visited** ☑ YES / ☐ NO The application is for a single-storey rear extension on a semi-detached dwelling within a residential of Ramsey. The proposal extends approximately 7.7m from the rear of the dwelling and is 4.3m wide. Two previous applications (02/1338 & 02/2029) that might similar extensions were refused on the grounds that they would result in unacceptable levels of overshadowing and impact on residential ommity. This proposal is very similar to the two previous and is still considered to detrimentally impact on the neighbouring property. The proposal is unacceptable. Signed A.
