1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing number BLPA-2 site plan, PLPA-1 and PLPA-2, submitted as part of this application and date stamped 11th September 2003.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
