In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of

R. K. K.

Promotion of staff accommodation, Lezayre Lodge, Lezayre.

which was not issued at a meeting held on the 25th March 1984, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 9.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, hyalay, order or regulation.

Note 2: NO WORDS MAY BE CONSOLIDED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS -

a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or
d) any appeal has been completed.

Note 3: Rights of review against the decision of the Planning Committee are attached.

The proposed accommodation is to be used only by WESTATY to the said building.

The development shall be completed within the period of TWENTY-FOUR (24) months from the date of this approval WATCH SHALL CERME TO HAVE EFFECT IN DEPARTMENT OF COMPLIANTS WITH THIS CONDITION CORPORATION. A request of any development completed within that period.

Subject to the last issue, the condition the development is having been commenced shall be carried on to resolution in a workman's and expenditure manner in the satisfaction of the Planning Committee and if not so completed within the said period of TWENTY-FOUR months it shall be a further condition for this approval that the applicant shall submit a new approval for consideration by the Committee in respect of the completed development.

The proposed convention, and the occupancy of the proposed flaws, must comply in 11 respects with Schedules 1 and 2 of the Housing (Plates) Regulations 1982. A copy of the Regulations is enclosed herewith.

The proposed flat must be designed to conform with the BSI Code of Practice (R. 5610-1979) Access for the Disabled to Buildings.
