## Schedule Of Conditions

Application Ref No: 03/01306/B

1. This approval relates to the siting of a portacabin as shown in the floor plan and drawing numbers C01 rev 11 date stamped 17th September 2003.
2. This approval is valid for a period of four years from the date of this notice after which the cabin must be removed from the site.
3. The structure must only be used for storage and office purposes which are ancillary to the use of the sports pitch.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
