## Application No: 03 1386 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report **Site Visited:** YES/NO 1. The site comprises the curvilinear area of a terraced house on Hildesley Road. 2. Within the new conservation area: 3. Proposed is the installation of replacement windows (in the front) and a replacement front door. - White PVC - Sliding sash windows - Painted door 4. To the right, the 2 houses have PVC windows, but to the left, approx. every other house is intact. Sliding sash windows would last a year rather than the many PVC replacement windows. The door would not be for use. - **Date:** 12/03 - **Summary of objections/views bad, but in PVC** - HA and LA - no objections - SPMCE - windows should be "unaltered" #### Recommendations **Approved/Refused** Sliding sashes (albeit in PVC) comply with our published policy for CA's. Refer to 5 No. 1/12 See Steve's report at 15/12. Approve windows, refuse front door. **Date:** 16/12
