In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mrs D Pearce

which was considered on 16 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

## Schedule Of Conditions

Application Ref No: 03/01076/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 14th August 2003.
3. Prior to the implementation of the approval, the applicant must submit a further plan for consideration and approval by the Planning Authority to indicate the proposed domestic curtilage of the dwelling.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 1983 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)
5. Sightlines shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.
6. No other works shall be commenced on site until the access with the adopted highway, including visibility splays, has been set out and establishded to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
