1. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawing reference CV/1/03 received on 14th October 2003.
2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

NOTE The applicant is advised that for a change in the supply to a premises the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle) should be contacted on 695957 .

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
