1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing numbers $0322 / 1 / 5,0322 / 1 / 4$ and $0322 / 1 / 10$.
3. All windows and doors must be timber framed.
4. The roof lights must be heritage style.
5. All existing stonework must be retained as such and must not be rendered, painted or similarly treated.
6. The units must be occupied by bona fide tourists only between 1st March and 1st October each year with no individual letting period extending beyond 4 weeks in duration.

NOTE The applicant is advised to discuss the matter of fire precautions with the Fire Safety Department.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
