## Conditions Of Approval 1. Sc 1 (4 years) 2. This approval relates to alterations and extensions as shown on drawing no.1 2605/1 and 2605/2 date stamped the 14th July 2003. 3. The accommodation created by this approval must only be used as accommodation ancillary to that of the existing dwelling. The proposed seeks to extend the existing study, erect a son lounge and convert an attwilling into "granny accommodation". The site is located close to the coast and not readily visible within its surroundings. The study extension is relatively minor and unobjectionable. Whilst the son lounge is large it is screened by the existing building and will not be visible. The conversion of the attwilling is considered acceptable subject to a condition regarding its use only as ancillary accommodation. Signed A.
