##### Conditions Of Approval

1. To App in Principle (3 years, Reserve all matters)

2. The proposed extension must be designed such as:
   - (a) to follow the form, style, and details of the existing building;
   - (b) not to include side windows which would reduce the privacy of the existing adjacent dwelling; and
   - (c) to retain on site parking space (including the re-portioned garage) for at least two medium-sized cars.

3. The proposed granny flat may be occupied only in association with "Loroldene" subject to the above conditions.

4. This approval relates to drawing no. DM/1/03 which is date stamped 17.7.03
