1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the installation of outward opening casement windows which subdivide each aperture into two equal halves, one on top of the other, as have been installed at Number 18, Victoria Avenue and are shown in the submitted photographs received on 22nd July 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
