1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a rear extension as shown on drawing number 1077/02/01 date stamped 31st July 2003 and 1077/02/02 rev A date stamped 2nd October 2003.
3. The accommodation created by this approval must only be used as accommodation ancillary to that of the existing dwelling. For the avoidance of doubt, no approval should hereby be conferred by this approval for the use of the new accommodation as a separate dwelling.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of main wired interconnected domestic smoke detection within the lounge/sun lounge area.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
