## Application No: 0517 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report **Site Visited:** YES/NO 1. The site is defined as the "footprint" of a block of garages on any street, at the corner of Allan Street. 2. The application seeks to use the garages (any or all) for "private and/or commercial vehicle parking." 3. The most appropriate use would be as domestic garages by local residents. There is a self-evident shortfall in parking space in the surrounding area area. 4.
