Proposed here is the principle of conversion of an existing garage as the site is a single bedroomed, living unit. The redevelopment of the site involved a new double garage integral to the house and as such the detached garage is probably not needed to store vehicles. The building may be converted without significant clitc, that - only windows. Bonded traffic accommodation is missing to that of 12 man house. The amount of space is only 24.44% less than expected by E.M.
