1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The glass in the side elevation next to the fence which forms the boundary between Number 8 and Number 10 must be glazed in frosted glass.
The level of obscuration used on this elevation must be no less than Level 5 as detailed in the Pilkington's textured glass range or equivalent.
3. This approval relates to the drawings as submitted on the 9th and 16th June 2003.
4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
