1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing number $0328 / 1 / 4$ date stamped 17th June 2003 and drawing number $0328 / 1 / 3$ date stamped 19th November 2003.
3. The accommodation created by this approval must be as accommodation ancillary to that of the existing dwelling. For the avoidance of doubt, no approval should hereby be conferred by this approval for the use of the new accommodation as a separate dwelling.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
