which was considered on 1 August 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

## Schedule Of Conditions

### Application Ref No: 03/00621/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a conservatory as shown in elevations and plans received on 19th June 2003.
3. The glazing in the south western elevation (facing 34, Whitebridge Road) must be obscured so as to prevent overlooking of Number 34 from inside the conservatory.
4. The dwarf wall beneath the conservatory must be rendered to match the finish of the main house.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
