1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
3. This approval relates to the extension and alterations to the house and access all as shown in the submitted drawings HLK/03/044/1 and HLK/03/0127/1a received on 23rd June 2003.

NOTE This approval does not authorise the undertaking of any works on, over or under land which is not within the control or ownership of the applicant.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
