Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited ☐ YES ☑ NO "Keizhuey House" looch promenade is within the Promenade Conservation Area and has effectively two facades, that onto the Promenade and Marina Redd. located as it is at the end of 8 Thomas Walk, it is highly visible. At present, it retains its original pattern 2 over 2 sliding sash. Some of which are open in the photographs. Our preference as always, would be to retain and overhaul. If the windows are truly too decayed for visible restoration, then they should be replaced with sliding sash. Again our preference here would be for painted timmer. The site comprises the curtilage of "Roughley House", which fronts on to both Loch Prom and Marina Road. Used as flats. 2. Within the Promenades C.A. (although Marina Road is not). 3. Proposed is the installation of replacement windows in the Marina Road frontage at 1st-4th floor levels — white PVC frames, tilting lower lights, arched heads at 1st/4th floor levels. 4. Refer to S.
