Dear Miss Callow, At the Commissioners' recent extra meeting the following Planning Applications were discussed and the following decisions were made:- 03/0236 New Cottage Style Doors - Elgin, Jacks Lane - no objection. 03/0238 Replacement porch with sun lounge, conversion of stone barn into store/study - no objection. 03/0251 Erection of Dwelling and garage - Glen Cairn, Port Lewaigue - no objection.

03/0269 Erection of 3 dwelling on land adjacent to Seacroft, Dreemskerry - object this area is not zoned for further development. Application 00/1001 was not allowed, and this site was opposite. This application does not comply with planning procedures in relation to the countryside.

03/0272 3 Split Level Bungalows - Vacant Plots, Ballagorry Drive - no objection as these are infill. We assume that the seweage works will be improved to accommodate these extra dwellings as their has been major problems with the works with the excess as well as the problem with the access road to the sewage works.

03/0292 Conservatory - Kinsale, Booilushag - no objection
