1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the installation of double doors in place of the existing single door in the side elevation as shown in the submitted photographs and plans all received on 6th May 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
