## Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report **Site Visited** ☑ YES / ☐ NO The application is for the erection of a two-story apartment block containing twenty dwellings on a site between Leggyre Road and Bircham Avenue Close in Ramsey. The vehicular access to the site is taken from Bircham Avenue Close with thirty-two car parking spaces provided, eight of which are garaged. Permission was previously granted by PA02/1454 for two apartment blocks containing twelve dwellings. The vehicular access within the new application is the same as the previous application and has been agreed with the D&T and Ramsey Commissioners. The apartment block proposed by the new application is essentially the same size as the two earlier apartment blocks with the gap between them in filled. The application site is large, well screened by existing mature trees and as such is considered to be capable of accommodating the new apartment block without detrimental impact on the surrounding area.
