**PA03/0086/A – Approval in principle for the erection of a block of fifteen apartments with ground floor parking – 11-12 Peel Road, Douglas**

The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations will be forwarded to the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment as the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.

No adverse traffic impacts, subject to the imposition of the following conditions:

1. Parking arrangements on site shall meet the requirements of the Planning Committee after consultation with the Highway Authority.

**Reason for condition(s)**

1. To ensure the provision of satisfactory vehicle parking arrangements.

**NB:** The parking arrangements are difficult, especially the four spaces 12-15, and there is no visitor parking provision.
