PLANNING APPLICATION NO. 03/00086/A APPROVAL IN PRINCIPLE FOR THE ERECTION OF A BLOCK OF FIFTEEN APARTMENTS WITH GROUND FLOOR PARKING, 11-12 PEEL ROAD, DOUGLAS. I write with reference to the above application that has been forwarded to this authority for comment.

Having considered the details submitted Douglas Corporation wishes to continue the objection raised to the previous application relating to over-intensive use of the site.
