2. This approval relates to drawing numbers 02/1939/01B, 02/1939/04B, 02/1939/05 date stamped the 25th April 2003.

**NOTE** The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

**NOTE** This area is not served by public sewerage. It is recommended that the proposed development be provided with foul and surface water drainage treatment, which is independent of that serving adjacent property.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
