In pursuance of her powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mrs M Kershaw for the retention of a summerhouse at 49 Sea Cliff Road, Onchan subject to compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule and numbered 1 to 2 inclusive.

1. This approval relates to the erection and retention of the summerhouse sited and constructed in accordance with the drawings and photographs submitted with the application and date-stamped 18th November 2002.
2. Within three months of the date of this notice, there must be submitted to the Planning Committee a scheme of planting which indicates -
(a) retention of the existing vegetation along the boundary with 4B Sea Cliff Road;
(b) reinforcement of the vegetation along the boundary with 4B Sea Cliff Road; and
(c) additional planting along the northern boundary of the site;
the approved scheme must be undertaken prior to the 31st of March 2004.
