- Parking is available within the walled boundary of the property for approximately 8 vehicles.
- There is adequate turning space within the property to facilitate cars exiting the property forward facing.
- This property will be used by specialist consultant doctors for private patients only.
- The premises will be used for private patients on an appointment only basis.
- The premises will not be used to provide emergency service.
- Premises will be used between sociable hours mainly on Saturdays and on ad hoc basis during week days.
- The appointments for private patients are usually made at half hourly intervals with a maximum of 2 patients present on the premises at any one time.
