### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing no.s K173/P/10-01, K173/P/10-02, K173/P/10-03, K173/P/10-5 rev. A, K173/P/10-06, K173/P/10-07, K173/P/10-08 rev. A, K173/P/10-09, K173/P/11-01 rev. A, K173/P/12-01, K173/P/12-02 rev. A and K173/P/15-01 rev. A date stamped the 26th May 2009.
3. Prior to the commencement of development details of the external colour finish of the aluminium roof must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. The choice of colour should take account of the visual prominence of the application site within the area.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
