### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of seven industrial/storage buildings as shown in drawings GA1/1250, GA400, GA401, GA402 and GA410 received 24th February 2012.

NOTE It is advised that the applicant liaises with the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority before commencing works.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
