Description of Proposed Development
Erect an agricultural shed for the storage and maintenance of farm equipment and storage of animal feed.

Design
A dark green coated steel agricultural shed with the dimensions shown below. The shed would be on a concrete base.

## Location

Please see map below showing the proposed location (black rectangle, not to scale) and surroundings. The land (in height above sea level) from (1) to (2) falls from approximately 155 m down to 147 m . It then falls more steeply from (2) to (3), from 147 m to 141 m . The natural lay of the land would partially obscure the proposed shed from view. Due to the high hedge (Photo 1), the proposed site isn't seen from Staarvey Road (the only highway near the land) except for through the gate which could be obscured using netting, etc. ( $\bigcap_{a} \xi_{6} 2$ )
This location was chosen after correspondence with your planning officer. Due to concerns raised about impact on the character of the area, this natural dip seems the more logical placement.
