In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to Anglo International Properties for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 9th December 2011.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;

#### Erection of an advertisement board (retrospective).

The site for positioning the advert is;

#### Shearwater House Nunnery Mills Old Castletown Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 1QA

The conditions for such placement are;

1) This approval relates to the erection of an advertisement board, Shearwater House, Nunnery Mills, Old Castletown Road, Douglas as shown by Location Plan, Site Plan, Photograph and sign detail received 26th October 2011.
2) The advertisement board permitted must be removed on or before 1st January 2013 and the land restored to its former condition.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
