Main considerations - impact on the sheetcourse, which is recognised as already being unsightly in the local plan - demand for col potting and impact of disposing any existing potting. - contamination. Filter information was recognised relating to size of buildings, use, col potting to allow a better assessment. The layout was intended to show 4 units only one of which was to be used by St. John's other services. The chats were to be used when demand was sufficient. The new glowing also proposed alterations to the access which took place of the site. Whilst the layout is allowing that the layout is a market for the detailed application, it is judged that the layout, number of units, col potting provision are important considerations. Recommendation. Elles appear in extension to St. John's stock services only - resulting in unit 74.14m only as shown on additional glowing A, release all elements because of impact on the appearance of the area - col potting.
