### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the following drawings:

LOCATION PLAN date stamped 05th February 2008

3. Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the natural roofing slate to must be submitted for approval by the Planning Authority.

4. Prior to the commencement of any works on site, a Structural Engineer's Method Statement for the retention of the facade during the works is to be provided for the approval of the Planning Authority.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
