In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

Isle Of Man

which was considered on 8 March 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the installation of a 11.8m monopole mast with associated equipment cabinets as shown in drawing numbers 02108/1, 086/010 Issue A, 086/012 Issue B, 086/013 Issue B, 086/014 Issue A, 086/017 Issue A dated stamped 6th December 2006, Supporting statement prepared by CH2M Hill dated 4th December 2006, Declaration of Conformity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 06/12/06.

3. Within one month of the installation of the mast, antennas, transmission dishes and equipment cabin hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full

accordance with details shown on the approved plans and in a matt finish. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of the works being carried out.

4. In the event of the mast and equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant they must be taken down with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
