In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **PERMIT** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 9 November 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

**SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS:** ☑

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the Location Plan, Floor Plan and photographs appended to the application and date stamped 11th September 2006.

3. Prior to the commencement of the works a full photographic survey of the Kitchen, Utility Room and Breakfast Room of this property is to be carried out and provided for approval by the Planning Committee.

4. The new doorway should utilise the architetraving and door removed from the Kitchen to Day Lounge. If this is not possible, then a new door and architraving should be made to match that door in every detail.

This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
