1. This approval relates to the use of the flats for permanent occupancy (rather than tourist-only occupancy) in accordance with the submitted documents which are date-stamped 9th March 2004.

NOTE In reaching this decision, the Planning Committee has had regard to the evidence of permanent occupancy since 1987 which is included with the application.

NOTE The applicant should arrange for inspection of the flats by the Environmental Health Inspectorate with a view to Registration in terms of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
