## Schedule Of Conditions

### Application Ref No: 03/01683/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the location plan and drawing number 7022-100-00. The existing internal partition and doorset dividing the existing kitchen and hall must however be retained as part of this development.
3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
4. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

NOTE The drainage division states that if the 'existing drainage' referred to in the application form, discharges (directly or indirectly) to the foul sewerage system then it should be noted that an alternative means of surface water disposal must be provided.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
