# Officer Planning Report

[Table omitted in markdown export] ## Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report Site Visited YES/NO a. [cont'd] facilitate an intensification of the existing non-conforming use (the area is zoned Pred. Residential). Conversely, the works may result in enclosure of existing clutter. 5. The access on to Marathon Road may encourage waiting/parking on M. Road, but it may also mean that customers do not use Victoria Terrace. 6. I am inclined to judge this to be a modest tidying up rather than an undesirable intensification, but I have drafted both decisions. Signed Date 17.2.04 ### Summary of objections/views ### Recommendations Approve/Refuse Signed Date [Table omitted in markdown export]
