1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the location plan, photographs and window details date stamped the 16th December 2002.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, in accordance with the planning application form the replaced windows must have the same layout as the windows being replaced.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
