In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr B J Eaton

which was considered on 5 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The proposed accommodation may be used only as part of the existing guest house, "Silverglen", Number 38 Murray's Road.
3. Subject to (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date stamped 16th October 2003.

NOTE No approval is hereby granted or implied to the use of "Silverglen" as a house in multiple occupation or to conversion into flats.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
