# Planning Officer Report Recommendations

## Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report **Site Visited** ☐ YES / ☑ NO The site, although not defined by a red line represents the college of Lahey Gier Gader, incorporating the washing floors and the site of the reinstatement of the large wheel (PA 03/0632). Proposed is a scheme for safety pilings plus offering for discussion with Health & Safety. The pilings are attractive - mild steel with ball details and vertical elements all of which would be sympathetic to the nature and character of the area. The works are essential for the safety of those visiting the gaders - numbers of people which may increase due to the work of the. Heritage Trust on reinstating the mine, link to Lahey steel and the reinstatement of a water wheel in the gaders. See confirmation from the applicant that they will paint the pilings. I have checked with Steve Moore and Gay Booth, both of whom have no objection subject to painting. Signed Date 14/11/03 ### Summary of objections/views no news on file. DOT & LA OK DAO use by bind people. ### Recommendations ### Approve/Refuse Signed Date SEC 14.11.03 [Table omitted in markdown export]
