In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

which was considered on 5 December 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the installation of railings and handrails as shown and described in the information received on 17 th October 2003.
3. The railings must be painted black with spherical finials in gold or red.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
