The site is located to the rear of a recently censored apartment block which gives onto the flemomade, a garaging that serves to apartments. Garaging to serve to dwellings would be located to the rear of at a lower ground level than the fill of the dwellings. Properties are located to the rear, however, to serve at a distance in excess of 20m. Subject to the CFO's comments, the proposals considered to be acceptable.
